Reading Trigun

I was reading the manga Trigun Maximum. For the most part I was seeing the manga pages, rather than witnessing the story in-universe, which is weird for me as that doesn’t usually happen in my dreams. Like I specifically remember the events being presented as black and white manga panels, and after something crazy happened I would flip back and reread the previous parts. Anyways, I was reading it downstairs on the white couch. I had two dogs but thats irrelevant. The other was like Coco but a slightly lighter color. There was a part where Wolfwood betrayed Vash. I don’t remember how bad it was but I guess it was bad. In the end he punched him and Vash was knocked out, and when he woke Wolfwood was gone. A while later they ran into each other in the desert. Wolfwood handed Vash some fancy handcuffs and held his hands out. He told Vash to cuff him. Vash was confused. Wolfwood said he can handcuff him and beat him up as much as he wants without retaliation, even kill him, because he deserves it. Vash was like yeah no thank you. He made Wolfwood pass out (I guess he somehow had the power to do that without like, beating him up). The next page, Wolfwood awoke in a comfy bed. He was being treated for injuries he has sustained while away from Vash. He was like wtf why are you doing this I betrayed you and Vash just smiled at him. I remember I flipped back the pages and was like wtf is anyone else seeing this. There was another weird part in the manga with a chimpanzee, who was owned by a pregnant woman. I was confused and looked up what that was about online (instead of just reading it??). She gave birth to a large space baby à la 2001 a Space Odyssey. I guess some scientists later killed her and the baby because it had the power to destroy the world or something. I remember reading someone’s comment online that was like “okay I get why they killed here but still that was wrong”. Eh I guess this is all pretty fitting for Trigun as well.
