blood?

I "wake" up in a hospital bed and my friend is next to me. I ask her what she's doing. She's like you're ok. Then she draws my blood. I felt faint and weak and asked her to take it out. She wouldn't. I tried repeatedly to take the needle out of my arm but I couldn't even manage to lift my arm up. Eventually all my blood was drained from my body and I died. The friend was laughing maniacally in the background.
