Never ending chase

I had a familiar dream where I went outside of a building and I had a feeling that a dude was following me so I went back inside and he followed me. I went up a spiral staircase and he kept up. It was so high and I felt like I was being caught up to. I was going so fast and I was being followed so closely. Then the dream ended.
