Dream is life

I had this dream that I was about two years old(that's when my stepfather started physically abusing me) and my step dad started spanking me very hard and my nana finding out then my mom yelling at him. Then all of a sudden I was six again (that's when my sisters cousin started to force me to have sex with him) and I was at her cousins house in his bed with him while he was raping me (he didn't stop in real life till I was eleven). Then my stepdad and mom were getting divorced. And my sister getting sick and handicapped. Then my mom getting remarried and having another kid. And not taking her phycological medicine (which makes her have frequent mood swings,and is verbally and mentally abusive). And then I wake up and realize it's not a dream it's my real life
