Lucid Dream Gone Bad

I’ve had a few lucid dreams before but not for a long time. The two I remember were one where I was in the middle of town and I realized what was going on, I was asleep. Instantly I knew my mind would wander and so I kept telling myself to think of good thoughts but it forced its way over to zombies and these birds that were flying above me turned into these monsters but they weren’t attacking me. So I wander around and I’m walking into this house where a family is holed up and I look around their house. I can’t remember the rest but the other before was super short. I was in my old trailer park and I was standing with my mom in the middle of the road and I’m confused so I ask her am I dreaming? And she just looks at me and says yeah and I stand there and wake up a few seconds later just not sure what to do with that😂
