No Idea What to Call This

I dreamt I was in a log cabin, and that I was laying in a bed. Later I remember that a dog went through a tunnel and that it fought something in my place. I could turn into a wolf for some reason and I was supposed to fight someone but the dog went in my place. Later I remember I had a blood vessel stuck in one of my nostrils and this would kill me if no one could get it out. I woke up then very confused.
