My First Dragon Sighting

10/20/17 I was in the passenger seat of a car being driven by Adam, my partner. We were about to be driving down a huge hill, moving away from my childhood home towards the center of town. Explosions of fiery red and thick black smoke broke out in the sky ahead. Then an enormous black and red dragon swept over us and into the burning and smoke. I excitedly exclaimed "A dragon! It was a real dragon! Did you see that Adam!?" He did see it, he was shocked. I wasn't hallucinating... we were so stunned by this sighting we didn't think to stop. We continued slowly down the road until I realized we should turn around so I told him to pick a driveway and carefully take his time backing out of it to head back up the hill and away from the catastrophe. I've never seen a dragon in my dreams before and I was very excited to. In the dream I had a sense of knowing that they were real whereas in real life I have never given it much thought or had any interest in them.
