Heart Attack Clicker

I had a dream there was a man with a clicker that every time he clicked it while pointing at me, my veins would start stretching and it would simulate a heart attack, and the more he clicked it, the more I felt faint and tingly. I kept picking up tables and chairs and hitting him with it My dad had a hammer and I thought he would whack him in the head, but he just took a nail and started carefully nailing it into the guy’s head like wtf
