Terrible Lucid and False Awakening

I remember either watching Netflix or playing some games but I realized I was dreaming. I don't know what triggered it but I was lucid. I quickly stood up. My monitor was just flashing colours. My entire room looked normal. But I think I gained lucidity so suddenly that felt like I was about to wake up. Thankfully I didn't. I could hear myself breathing on my pillow, the air passing my upper lip. I could almost also feel myself lying in bed but I'm still dreaming. I know I am as I stand up looking at my surrounding. I just want to keep dreaming but I can't stop focusing on my senses as they slowly come back and then darkness. I see monitor again, it's playing the last thing I remember before falling asleep, Space Jam. This time I'm in bed on the other side of the room. I think I'm awake. But I can't move. I feel numbness. Sleep paralysis? Nah, can't be. Has to be a false awakening. Positive is was still dreaming, I try to get up but my arms and legs feel numb and weighted. It's just a dream I tell myself. Then I start to float a couple feet upwards. Feels like I'm leaving my numb body as I rise towards the ceiling. I can only go up and even then I can't control myself. I feel imprisoned. Lucid but I can't DO anything. As I go higher and the room is getting brighter. I get a happy feeling in my stomach - almost like excitement. Then the ringing begins. It began in my left ear. A noticeable resonating pitch and it was getting louder and louder. I'm inches away from the ceiling and the noise is unbearable. I close my eyes as I go through the top and when I open my them I was awake. Definitely awake this time.
