The Dream about Missiles

I dreamed that there was a bully who has a gun, but when he uses it, missiles goes out instead of bullets. Not only that, but it locks on the target and it follows the victim. The bully likes to torture people with his gun, so I fought him and killed him. I ended up getting the gun and using on him and he burned to a crisp. As he was burning, I realized that he was my friend from before. He would visit each room in the apartment and he would sell some food to the tenants. Then I wondered how he became such a bully.
