Farewell

This dream came to me when they put me to sleep during an operation. I remember the sea, I was besides the sea, on the shore. There was nothing else but the shore, the sea, a boat and her. The girl of the star studded dress. As usual she was wearing a black and white outfit, and she looked sad. We were speaking for a while, but I don't remember most of the conversation. I do remember this though: in one part she said "sorry, I need to go." "Will I ever see you again?" I ask. She shock her head, seconds later my eyes started tearing up and I started crying. "You can't leave me, please! Without you I don't know who I am" "Be strong." She answered "I need to leave to another shore. Soon enough you'll have to do the same. Perhaps when that day comes, you'll end up in the same place as me." "And what if I don't?" She gets close to me, puts on hand on my chin while the other strokes my hair. She gives me a slight smile and says "Then remember that I will always love you, and that I'm with you, always." I woke up.
