The Dream about Caring for a bully

I dreamed I was kinda in a school, but I was one of the staff there. There was one student who was a bully. He's big and everyone's scared of him. He's really sensitive on what you say, and I tried my best to be really kind to him. He wouldn't take exams, but afterwards, I managed to make him answer the test papers. It seems that he opens up to people who are kind enough to him. My mom in real life was also in the dream and she was one of the staffs. I saw her talking to a counselor or a nurse in the staff room. She was also looking after a bully student, but she lost her patience, and she stabbed her student with a long stick on the back, causing the student to bleed and to be taken to the clinic. I heard the nurse say "Eh, you also have a crazy mind!" Then, some students were getting off from a school bus. They were about to go to school for their usual classes. There was a girl from the bus whom I remembered. We were best friends along with another girl before. However, I remembered she killed our other best friend with a knife, and I was a witness. I kept that incident a secret and didn't tell anyone about her murder. Afterwards, we never spoke to each other again.
