Gift?

So I dreamt this guy who I’m really friendly with gave me a gift. His name is Daniel. I can’t remember what he gave me, but I do know that I really appreciated it. So, it had to be good. I asked him how he knew I wanted it. He told me he had talked to this other guy I’m acquainted with named Walker. However, he referred to him as Walker’s real name which he doesn’t go by. It wasn’t actually his really name tho, more of a version of it. Walker’s real name is Marc, yet Daniel called him Markivic. I’m just so confused why my brain came up with this.
