Riding around in my bicycle in a place that looks like my hometown. It’s daytime and sunny. Suddenly DJH drives an open sports car, something like a dragster. I see him from behind and grab the back of his car smiling. I’m now being pulled and it’s fun! My bike becomes a quad, a four wheeler. He sees me from his rear view mirror and smiles. He speeds a little faster, just to tease me. He’s happy and cheerful. I end up riding with him. a Not shotgun, I’m just hanging on the back of his vehicle. We drive by auntie’s place and I silently look up, just to cherish her apartment, her windows and flower pots once more. I say nothing. DJH’s body looks great, Jen wears a t-shirt and I touch his right shoulder and arm. He’s face skin tough shows the sign of alcoholism, micro veins popping red on his nose and ears. But he’s an overall handsome guy. He tells me “tonight I’m making ragout, alright? Will you have time to eat it tomorrow for lunch before work in case?”. It’s so sweet we’re having dinner or lunch together and he decided to make it! He looks at me while he drives and I joke “eyes on the road!”. By the time we get to a shopping mall for groceries, still ok his car, going down to the parking lot, he rubs his face against my neck, I straddle him into a hug and have him rub my back. It feels so good! I’m so happy! Inside the mall he takes me straight to a Greek deli. I think food looks awful, but say nothing, it’s ok. He wants olive salad. The ladies behind the counter aren’t nice. We find that salad on the far end of the counter. While we ask for it, a mix of dried figs filled with cream cheese, apparently… he pulls out his credit card to pay, but I say “you don’t always have to pay for food! I was going to do that!!”. I press three times on the pos receiver he’s given to block the transaction. I laugh at first, then realize I don’t have my wallet with me! I left it in the car! Then something starts beeping. At first I think it’s the pos going crazy after I pressed too many buttons! Then DJH realizes it’s his work phone or walkie-talkie. He pulls it out slowly, looks at it and says grimly “ok people, everybody stay calm!”. I instantly know something’s wrong. He pulls out his gun and aims it at the door. By the time an armed man appears, I’m crawling behind him and underneath the floor, panicking. A mother with her two young son does the same. I find a safe way to an upstair hallway with a lot of messy furniture. I push the kids first behind it or clearly help them hide into empty lockers. I think DJH already shot him, but too afraid to go back downstairs, I push everyone further and further. We find and escape way through the movie-like air tunnel. It’s dark, dirty, full of dead animals like rats, bugs, dogs. It lead us to another part of the building, to a dark and dusty place which looks like a has-been home hallway. A couple dogs are still alive and I must make sure they’re not aggressive. As soon as the female one shows me she’s sweet and hops down the piece of furniture she was lying on, the male one mounts her. I wake up before I can get out of there and back to DJH, not knowing wether he’s still alive or not!! I’m sweaty and still scared!!!
