Gods almighty rain

There was a large white dog that I was told to walk down to the Walmart and back. I end up out in the streets with only a pair of shorts on. I had no shoes and the ground was burning hot; I couldn’t make it back home. I was then in a nearby neighborhood and a sudden storm cloud rolled in and started pouring rain. I was able to traverse across the roads because the rain cooled the grounds. I looked up and thought this must be gods rain. I then came across a man, his wife, and their kids. We talked about the strangeness of the sudden storm as we walked through a greenbelt. There was a playground and some ropes to climb up. I started envisioning climbing up these ropes.
