Not A Dream// Need Advise

I really messed up at my school, I fucked up. I'm trying to find out a way to say sorry, because I did alot of things I shouldn't of done to this person and their significant other. The consequences to doing this has been for 2-3 years now. I'm trying to become a better person because of it but it's not working. I want to be free of all this. It's stopped relationships and has also changed my attitude about alot of things making me very rude to alot of people most of the time. My family doesn't know and neither does any of my friends except one who has stuck with me through all of it. I would be embarrassed of them knowing. Since the new semester has started the person (I shall not name) has moved classes into two of mine. As our teacher was assigning partners we were assigned together. As I am dreading it I also think this has been a good chance to say I'm sorry. But as she has been in this class she has been telling other people of what I've done (which I deserve). Please help me.
