doctor volleyball sister

I was a doctor in this dream. kind of. there was the volleyball team in my office and I was examining them and my assistant just appeared and she said "there is a person for you" and a girl walked through the door and she said "Beth". I don't have a sister, but I don't know why I knew she was my sister so I walked toward her and I was going to slap her in the face (for no reason) but she blocked me saying "I've seen you hit a ball with this and I'm not letting you hit me" and we actually fought and it was a fight in karate kid style with me wearing high heels. at the end I stopped this weird fight and I said "you've been away for ten years. why in the hell are you here?" and she was like "I don't know, I just felt nostalgic" I was really angry with her. I was going to hit her again but one of the guys came up with "I think I'm hard" and we just laughed. then I woke up
