Conjoined Triplets?!

I was driving to a hospital after work because a friend of my mom had a baby. Lot of family was there. It was special because the lady had "conjoined triplets" but they were growing from sides of her body. Doctors were able to pull the babies off but also join them back together! It was a shoddy job since the halves were slightly coming apart. I volunteered to hold a baby since apparently the party was moving to a house behind the hospital so I was able to hold the only girl. She was BEAUTIFUL and along the way she didn't look joined together by two halves. I was trying to be careful as we walked through the parking lot but there was a grate with too-large holes that my foot slipped through and I went down but made sure I went down slowly. Family were coming to help and told me that I would have to take the exact way back to vo to my car when I left but to stick around a little because there's a surprise at the house. Someone took the baby, which had JUST fallen asleep, but I kept the baby instead and managed to maneuver my foot out of the grate. We go into the house where my grandma is! Kanye West seems to be there, too... I wander around holding the baby, unsure of who to leave her with since I can't find her parents. Eventually I get my cousin Anthony to agree to come back with me so I finally find the parents and leave the baby there. Kanye decides to "hack my phone" so he can give me instructions to get to my car? I think he wanted to show off he could hack. I make it back to the car without Anthony since he de died to stay to play games. I'm driving back and notice the way I have to go is completely open. I wonder for a moment if Kanye did it and I'm coming up to a stop light and then wake up.
