Facing my fears

i was in a barn and my dad, uncle, cousin who is male, and my grandfather were holding four bars. each metal bar had a flat end which they used to support each other. i was told to grab one bar, mind you all these bars are floating mid air and so are they. i was super scared. so i jump and grabbed a bar, they then made me swing to the bar across from me. and then switch sides and do the same thing, on the final swing my hand slipped and i fell to the ground. i awoke when my body hit the floor.
