Weird birthday party

I dreamt that I was going to have a birthday party. All my friends from high school were going to be there. Before the party I was in a parking lot squatting on the ground with my back against an SUV. I had only a shirt on, and was trying to keep my privates covered with the shirt. In front of me was Christian, Brice, and some other people I can't remember. Christian had a different hair cut, his hair was faded in the sides and comed over. Very unusual from his normally long hair. Christian was talking to Brice about something, and he looked over and asked me a question. I don't remember what it was or what I replied, but after that the scene changed. Next thing I remember I was a Brices place. And after that I was in the back of a supermarket. In the dream I think I worked at this supermarket. Next thing I know we are having my birthday party, and there are a bunch of tables lined up (still at the supermarket). People start showing up and chatting, but then I realized I completely forgot to buy food and drinks for the party. Then one by one people start leaving and I'm all alone. No one gave me any presents, and nobody brought any food. They just showed up for a couple of minutes and left. I remember feeling very bad.
