School trip train death

Some people from my class and I are on a bridge with train tracks, in a hot third world country. We are there with two adults. One is in between the two train tracks and the other is next to me on the side of the bridge. He is dark skinned with dreadlocks. Off to the left (not on the bridge), villagers are doing some kind of song/dance around a fire. It is day time and the ground is quite sandy (like in classic cowboy movies). A train comes and kills the person in between the tracks, who decided to fall asleep on the track closest to us minutes before. He dies just as he wakes up, after being yelled at to wake up from us. After this, the dreadlocks guy says that this was too dangerous. Then I wake up. At some point in this dream, before the guy dies, my class and I go into some grassy plains. The plains have some very small hills/mounds. I can't remember what we did there, if anything.
