Sneeze in a bottle

Someone sneezed and inadvertently caught it in a plastic bottle, like a milk bottle. My sister later opened the bottle and breathed in the sneeze and got sick. She said “I feel buzzy,” or some other weird slang that meant sick, and she didn’t know why but I knew. I became really paranoid about breathing in germs and this paranoia led me to suddenly be able to see the particles of air I was breathing in, the air particles were tiny creatures like little shrimp.
