Underground Druglord; Scam Phone Call

A girl that we knew of was sitting outside a storefront on a blanket. She had a small dog with her. She was making a scene, intending for people to leave money for her; she was like a beggar. She was homeless, unemployed, etc. People were watching her but only in disgust and because they felt bad for her. I watched her out of curiosity and because I thought the dog was very cute. She had a boyfriend and he left for a bit to go get lunch with some of the money she collected. I was distracted by something and later realized the girl and the dog were gone as well. I asked someone nearby what happened to the girl. People told me she had gone off and sold the dog so that she could buy heroin. I was so upset and disturbed. Later on my younger brother Andrew was going to show me this cool secret underground place. Apparently it was mainly where people could buy drugs from a druglord but the druglord also had a side business of selling rare toys and other artifacts, and that's what my brother always went there for. There was a hidden entrance that looked like a garbage chute or something on the street, but a lot of people knew about this place so there were always piles of peoples' stuff on the ground outside, because they couldn't carry it all in. I left all my bags and stuff on the ground and followed my brother in. When I got down there I got a call from a random phone number. I picked up. "This is Frontier. We're calling because our equipment shows that someone is trying to flush it all down the toilet." The man was extremely angry. Also, the service was terrible probably since I was underground, so he was cutting in and out and there was a lot of static. "What are you talking about? I live alone, there's no one in my apartment right now," I retorted in confusion. The man was infuriated by my response. "We are getting the reading right now, you can't do this to our equipment-- there will be hell to pay!" This is when I started thinking it must be a scam. I realized now that they never asked my name or address or any other identifying information. "What address do you have on file?" I asked. "What??" the man asked, furious. "What address are you asking about??" I asked again. It was hard to understand, the service cut out really bad, but the man must have said something like that he was so angry that he couldn't speak to me anymore, and that he was handing the phone over to a police officer that was standing next to him. Another man now started talking, "Hello?" "Hi, I'm just asking what address this is currently happening at?" I asked the alleged officer. "You need to pay for the replacements to your equipment--" he started before cutting out due to the poor service. I rolled my eyes and hung up, knowing at this point it had to be a scam. Down underground, I was in line for a huge waterslide that was disguised through a waterfall. There were tons of other people in line. I got up to the top with a group of people and we all realized we accidentally passed a threshold where we were all going to have to go down the waterfall simultaneously instead of one at a time like we were supposed to. I was going down and held my breath, then felt my body go down the slide.
