driving dream indicates control?

My dream last night was complicated to too personal for it to make sense to anyone...and i also don't remember too much of it except for two parts. I was in the passenger seat while my dad was driving a car. I knew where we were going but i had no control over how we got there. Driving dreams where your the passenger can indicate that I'm letting someone else take charge and that that person may be deceiving me..which makes sense considering recent developments in my waking life. Then just before I woke up i dreamt of a ceramicist sitting in a room filled with empty flower pots. An empty flower pot indicates repression of anger or frustration...which considering recent developments in my waking life also makes a lot of sense. Thanks dreamworld for telling me how i feel when I'm not even sure whats going on.
