applebees puree

in my dream I was training to work at applebees and they were teaching me the basics of preparing the plate. the only odd thing was that everything was served in stemware - such as Martini glasses. it was odd because I would blend and hand shake the meals and then garnish with actual food. I kept messing up and the end of time i thought it was gross and no body believed me.
