Trip with Salesman

I dreamed I left my house and went with a few other friends along with this salesman to a certain place. I don't remember what this place was or the purpose of going there. My wife decided to stay home and not come with me. While we were at this place, I remember us all leaving a room dressed formally, with suit jackets, dress shirts, dress pants, dress socks and shoes. Only I left without dress socks or shoes, so I was walking with my bare feet. I somehow realized that when we were halfway to our destination. I told the salesman we needed to turn around and go back so I could get them, and he sighed and rolled his eyes and then proceeded to walk back as I followed him. Eventually when I was finally back from my trip, for some reason I came back to my parent's house instead of the house that me and my wife live in. My dad was laying in his chair and one of my coworkers at work was sitting on a couch with a mac laptop working on something. I came in through the back door for some reason. My dad didn't even notice or hear me until I came in front of him. I greeted him, and then I noticed my sister and my boss at work sent out a text to many people saying I finally came back.
