coronavirus crawfish

I just remembered another dream I had last night. I was by my bestfriend's house, eating crawfish. all of a sudden, I start coughing and choking. I end up coughing up a crawfish that I didn't chew, but her mom doesn't see that. she just sees me coughing. so she starts accusing me of having the coronavirus and giving it to her family. she's screaming at me and my bestfriend and I are trying to tell her that I was choking, that I'm not sick.
