cursing at customers

at one point, I was at work (call center) and instead of taking calls, I was listening to them. one lady i knew from my training class was cursing at her Customer and I had to tell my boss but I didn't want to because she's a really nice lady. It was just surprising that she would say something like that over the phone . fast forward to another part. My current boss and I were driving around for lunch but my drivers wheel was on the right side instead of the left. Then my current boss changed into one of my old bosses and the wheel was back on the left but I was still driving from the passenger seat.
