Prison, a psycho and an incest baby?

This ones kinda weird. It started in some type of prison. We were floors deep and in a room where there were guards everywhere. We ran around and tried to find an exit and i think we found the guard of that floor because the guy just started swinging this huge ball and chain at the guard until… i think he was dead. We went through the door he was guarding and we found ourselves in a walmart. Extremely odd prison trap. He looked at me and asked if i had any money and i told him “obviously I didn’t bring my wallet to break someone out of prison” so he told me to stick close to him. He grabbed a bag of Reece cups and a few minor things. He said “this is normal stuff to buy right?” As we walked up to the checkout, he googled something on his phone. I believe how to get free stuff from walmart? His plan was to make a diversion anyways so he gave up on looking things up. Idk what the hell happened here because he walked up to the checkout, pulled away and suddenly we were getting in a car outside and his. Goal was to pretty much make doughnuts in the parking lot in reverse and then stop while facing the way we needed to go? I don’t get it but thats what happened. He eventually got on the road and we were somehow completely free. When we got to his house later I remember this guy agreeing to make some big sacrifice as if he was agreeing to break all his teeth to get new ones to help show how amazing his friends are but then he goes psycho and tries to cut off one if their thumbs and shit… i think I remember him saying something to the guy about how their dad was in love with someone and he told him itd never happen but then he ended up getting pissed and wanting to cut off his thumb. And next everyone was called to the kitchen by some mother and one of the daughters sat down with her legs propped up on the table as if she was ready to give birth. The mom suggested they all held hands and she took the hand of her brother who was just threatened by the psycho, took his hand and placed it below her butt and said “don’t put anywhere else, and don’t say anything weird” after they all left the table she said “is there any way we could speed things up” as she stuck a finger inside her and it broke her water immediately.
