Painting, graduating, shans award

Was nighttime and i had easel set up in some indoor outdoor area that maybe was being squatted by protesters. Has brushes. Was breaking it down for the night. Noticed a bit of water little leak. Went and sat in audience, was late for graduation. Some girl I don’t know in real life but I knew in dream, a classmate was giving a good speech, very warm, announcing an award. Then someone (M from Work) came to sit and said hi to someone next to me and then they mentioned names were on the chairs and I had to sign in on a clipboard and I thought that was weird over management. Then it slowed people left I was chatting w someone in the seats she said it was cool Shan got an award and that it was close btwn Shan and Cheryl. Then I talked to her that some people were rough and she said yeah I just don’t talk to those people.
