Spring time slip

In my dream it was spring and there was lots of melting snow. I was running and turned and ran up onto some random houses front lawn. But I ended up slipping and falling flat on my back. I tried without success to get back up. It was like some sort of invisible force was holding me down not allowing me to get back up. I just stayed that way for several seconds before waking up
