Hair throat

Before I go to bed I have a sore throat and neck. Took tincture of Gråbo before I go to bed. I have hair in my mouth. I grab it and pull it out but it hurts. It's a long slime, blackish, disgusting piece of hair like straight out of Ringu. It hurts when I pull it. It's not like it's stuck in my throat. It is grown from a festering wound. It feels like a wound opens but it gives way. I panic and try to turn on the light on a huge iPad, but the buttons do not work. I think it might be Mirja's iPad. Though she might be Bea. I pull and pull and the crying rises in my throat while the disgusting slimy black long hair goes further out of my mouth without coming loose in my throat. It is as if the hair has grown inwards in my throat and an abscess is now opening. I have just started a new kind of honesty in my life. Against myself, Bea and others. It feels good but scary. Maybe it's connected? Why can I not light the lamp in the dream to show what is happening?
