Kept getting some kind of chemical white substance splashed at me

I was at this lady's house in her driveway by her car. I forget why I was there, but it was for a reason. I just remember I kept getting splashed with this chemical white substance that came out of this hose. It was accidental, but it kept happening. Each time it was a large amount like what would come out of a sprinkler.
