Flood waters at night

I was walking down an old cobbled street towards the sea there was a fast flowing river on my right. There was a retaining wall alongside it but it was lapping at the brim and spilling over somewhat the fairs where I was descending were getting more and more covered with water. It was a dangerous situation. I knew I had been here before and there had also been a Tsunami so I didn’t want to go to far down this path because of the risk.
