Musical or Band?

Alright. So I play trombone in a band, and I was going to our first practice. The band room and the stage are right next to each other, by the way. Anyways, I accidentally walked onto the stage and not the band room. There were three people there- an old lady, and a boy teen and a girl teen. Apparently they were getting ready for the school musical. The old lady was the director, and the teenagers were the only actors. "You should join and help us out," they said nicely. I agreed, and the rest of the time I had, I helped set up. Then, when I left, I saw my friend. She told me that the band concert was on the same say as the musical, and I couldn't do both. I really liked band, but the musical people were so nice. I didn't know what to do. When I woke up, I was kind of sad, because I wished the three musical people were real. They were so nice and kind. (But I was also glad I didn't have to choose.)
