Tape worms nightmare

I’m looking in the mirror and I see all these huge raised rashes on my stomach and back. My back, especially, has a bunch of raised round pads and boils and right under my stomach is these raised pink and dimply rash. The doctors I had been to apparently did nothing so I found myself going to church in a huge sweater to hide what was underneath. During the break in the service, I ran to the bathroom because I felt itchy and I begin itching and picking at my skin. I squeezed one spot on my stomach and it popped kinda like a pimple, with the white string coming out of it. But it was long, and it began to move. I squeezed on my stomach more and huge parasite worms fell out of me and began squiggling all over the floor and I screamed in horror
