dif person and then me again

Last night I had a dream and in the dream I was being chased by a bunch of weird people then it turns out that I could chasing them and flying down a couple stairs are meeting them at the stairway outside of the apartment that we were running through and then I was some sort of detective in a bit of shooting someone who was previously after me and my detective skills were super onflick. And then out of nowhere I came back to being my regular self but I was in the neighborhood unfamiliar to me and I was trying to use my Spiderman powers that Ifrom time to time having in my dreams. Problematically I couldn't get any web out and couldn't swing so I started hopping from car to car and spontaneously I wanted to use my phone and realized there was no signal and in order to connect to any network you needed to call the government and give them the reasoning for your Need of the Internet/network. Apparently mine was inadequate and they saw that I was moving around quite radically and denied my request for network service. Shortly after armored vehicles came racing to my previous location but I had ditched the phone I was using but quite aware that there was cameras located all over the vicinity.
