I was an Avenger

Date: 1/4/2022

The dream began in a hangar where all of the Avengers were assembling. The hangar was on a massive spaceship and we could see space from where we were meeting. Some notable appearances included Loki and Hugh Grant as some superhero or another (despite not actually being in the franchise...). Once everyone was there, a female in charge began to tell us about our mission. She explained that something was making the galaxy fall apart, essentially, and that more and more people would die as that happened. She opened a crate to show us what exactly this deterioration was doing to humans. There was a small child and Rihanna in this crate and their skin was falling off. We were then sent out to different planets in teams of three. I was in charge of my team and we were sent to Mars. We were being chased by essentially zombie versions of deteriorating humans. We had to find the answer to saving the planet, but we needed to get a lay of the land so we were busy escaping these creatures and exploring. My one teammate was in charge of drawing a map. Half of the planet was full of lush green pastures, animals, blue skies... It was gorgeous. The other half was desolate and everything was dying. We realized that the answer to saving the planet was to balance the energies of the planet so that both sides of the planet would get the nutrients needed to support life. We weren't sure how we were going to accomplish this balance, and that's how I woke up!
