Weird sexual abuse dream that I Fucking hate and really disturbs me that my brain came up with it.

I had a dream where my father and his wife (who didn't look like his wife in the dream but I could tell t was meant to be her) has sexual abused me. I've never been sexually abused by them but mentally abused yes. So maybe it was my brain playing off of what they did to me mentally? I don't know. It's really disturbing though and I hate that my brain whips up dreams like this here and there. I just hope I can forget about this one and not have another like this again.
