Money she doesn't have

My mom buys a jewelry fixing store. I'm unaware. I walk into the place and a lady wants my mom to fix her ring. Her and her husband want her to pull these bottom pieces off of their rings. My mom agrees and the couple leaves. Then she asks me to help her. I look at the rings and i can tell that this job is beyond our scope of knowledge; we don't even have the tools necessary for the job. My mom doesn't care, she wants to make it work. She somehow manages to do something to the rings but inn the process she's scratched them and damaged them. I look at the rings and at her in dismay. Then I decide to leave. She asks me what she's supposed to do and I just look at her and tell her it's her mess and that she should figure it out. She says something about how I don't help her. I become agitated and we start to argue. She says I didn't give her any money that one time when I acquired 30k. I ask her wtf she's talking about I've never gotten that much money at once, I've only received 3k. But I'm raging at this point because she's hurting my feelings. I'm throwing things in anger. She's just sitting.
