toilet tornado

In my dream I was an intern at a hospital and I was in a bathroom in the basement and I flushed the toilet and the water started to swirl and it rose up from the toilet so it looked like a tornado and a bunch of other doctors (who were all greys anatomy characters Owen April and Meredith?) and I were freaking out that the whole place was gonna flood so I tweeted that people in the hospital should get out and someone tweeted back "lol don't tell me what to do"
