Cut Marks?

So I forget what all happened except the main part. So idk if people were mad at me or just playing but (my siblings/friends?) would take this thing and put it up to my neck and I’d just let them drag it from ear to ear around my neck. I had two slashes on my neck, and two on my left wrist. What does this mean?
