Group Wedding an a Worm in my Skull

The dream started out with me getting ready to go somewhere. My family was also there, but there was a male doctor who was a specialist of something or another that I was dating. We were getting all fancied up when I suddenly asked if anyone thought I should "just go to the hospital and get it over with", to which the male doctor friend was like, "what?" It turns out I fell on my head two days prior and there was a hole in my head where a worm was just... hanging out. This worm was straight up just living in my skull, totally visible to the naked eye. Doctor friend was like, "Yes, please, go to the hospital..." My mom was like, "Maybe do it afterwards, honey." I sided with my mom, and we were suddenly at my childhood church. A group wedding was taking place. It was beautiful, but my sister kept tickling me and I was whisper-cussing her out the whole time.
