Accidentally Killed Grandma

My grandma, who I’m very close with irl, started acting strangely and had my family suspecting the onset of dementia. She would go outside and get lost and become confused. She was acting completely out of character. One day I was looking for her near the house and saw her a little way up the street. I started calling out to her and running after her. I watched as she got on a motorcycle with some man. He was having her sit in front of him on it. I yelled for them to stop. They started to move just as I caught up to them. I grabbed the back of the bike trying to stop it from going forward, but instead that caused it to fling itself down so my grandma went down face first into the ground, hard. I picked her up and saw that her face was smashed in and that she was clearly dead. In tears I carried her back home and asked for help, in denial, thinking maybe she can be saved still. I passed out. When I woke up I went to check on her only to find her body had turned to onions and bulbs of garlic.
