sleep paralysis

okay so this isn’t a dream, just a weird sleep paralysis experience. i woke up and i couldn’t move, and i just thought this is normal sleep paralysis i usually get. but this time was really different. everything was black but i could see these lines of small symbols moving across the black. i can’t remember what they all were but some of them was the like the illuminati symbol, it was a triangle with the eye inside it. really weird. then it was all black again and i felt like i could feel someone moving my arms and legs. my legs were flat on the bed and then they were pushed up, and i felt this weird wave go over my body and someone pull my arms above my head. i was watching youtube before i fell asleep and i could hear it through my earphones while this was going on. it was all very weird and scary
