I was pious, chaste and pure-hearted, walking around the house with my silver crucifix and my prayers. My sister was the opposite in many ways. She was getting ready to go out somewhere and was planning her outfit. I went to her room to help. I saw her open a drawer to take out a new belt she got, when I saw what looked like a dead woman's body in that drawer. The belt was wrapped around her waist and my sister yanked it off as if it was nothing. This utterly horrified me and I asked my sister if she stole the belt off a corpse. She did not deny it and seemed proud of herself. I thought she was a monster and ran off to tell The Prince, who was also my husband. My sister ran after me then to try to stop me but I was faster. She was yelling threats, something about me dying, but I did not care. I felt that what she did was deeply wrong and I was morally obligated to expose her. I remember at this point the dream got somewhat lucid as I was trying to open a garden door which was locked. I looked through the keyhole trying to imagine myself on the other side but it was too much effort. I was able to open another door, which took me into a beautiful garden where my husband was. My husband was a handsome young prince with long curly hair that was kind strawberry blonde. We were a couple who were very much in love. I found him and embraced him. My sister soon appeared. I knew my sister was envious of me and I saw as she tried to seduce my husband, but I was secure in myself, and I knew my husband respected her, despite her behaviour. Anyway, my sister brought out that belt and showed off her incomplete outfit to get his opinion. He smiled and shared his thoughts but I saw in his expression he was a little uncomfortable. For some reason I didn't then tell him about where my sister got the belt. But I do recall teaching him how to say "petit" and he adored it when I spoke French, he was smiling and looking at me with so much love... My sister couldn't compete. Instead, we all went sailing at a nearby lake with some other people. I allowed my sister to share the same boat as the prince while I went on my own. I remember drinking some kind of pills to help ease nausea from being on the water. Then as I kept sailing I changed my mind about my sister being a monster. I don't know how or why, but somehow I understood why she did what she did, and decided that she wasn't a bad person. I knew my sister was anticipating what I'd say, but I never did. I do remember I wore some kind of pretty dress and when my husband saw me and took me into his arms when I got on land, he said seriously"Will you marry me?" And I said, rather confused "Aren't we already married?" "I want to marry you again."
AI generated interpretation In this dream, several themes of morality, relationships, and personal growth are interwoven. The dream may represent aspects of your own character, conflicts within your relationships, and a desire for reaffirmation and love. The dream begins with a strong contrast between you and your sister. You are depicted as pious, chaste, and pure-hearted, illustrated by your possession of a silver crucifix and engagement in prayers. This can symbolize a sense of righteousness, moral integrity, and devotion to your beliefs and values. In contrast, your sister represents a different set of characteristics, including a lack of morality and disregard for others. Her act of taking a belt from a dead woman's body highlights her immoral behavior and the shocking nature of her actions. This may symbolize your perception of her as unethical or lacking in empathy. Your decision to tell the Prince, who also represents your husband, about your sister's actions suggests a desire for justice and a sense of moral duty. By running to him to expose your sister's behavior, you demonstrate a need to hold others accountable for their actions. The lucid moment in the dream, while trying to open a locked garden door, reflects a sense of frustration or difficulty in accessing a desired state or outcome. However, successfully opening another door and entering a beautiful garden where your husband is waiting symbolizes finding love, happiness, and unity in your relationship. The presence of your sister in the garden, attempting to seduce your husband, represents feelings of jealousy and competition within the relationship. Despite her efforts, you feel secure in the love and respect your husband has for you. This may indicate a sense of confidence and trust in your relationship, recognizing that your husband is loyal to you. The significance of the belt being shown to your husband but your decision not to disclose its origin could suggest a fear of causing tension or conflict within the relationship. The act of teaching your husband how to say "petit" and his adoration of you speaking French indicates an intimate and loving connection between you. It reinforces your belief that your sister cannot compete with the emotional bond you share with your husband. The sailing on the lake metaphorically represents navigating the ups and downs of your relationship. Allowing your sister to share the same boat as the prince while you sail alone may symbolize giving her space in your life, recognizing that her actions are ultimately her burden to carry, and focusing on your own growth and well-being. The shift in your perspective towards your sister, where you understand and forgive her without explicitly expressing it, signifies personal growth and development. It reflects your ability to empathize with her, acknowledging that she may have her own reasons for her actions. In the final scene where your husband asks if you will marry him again, there may be a desire for reaffirmation and a deepening of your commitment and connection. It suggests a need for reassurance and a renewal of love in the relationship. Overall, this dream may reflect your inner conflicts, desires for justice and love, and the complexities of relationships. It highlights your moral values, personal growth, and the strength of your connection with your husband.
