Discovery at new house

I was walking around outside at our new house and noticed a large couple of rocks, so big you could climb on them and they had been painted with words and pictures by the people who used to live here. (The kids). And the written words were not nice - lots of swear words. Then I noticed a large deck with multiple levels and thought it would be a nice place for a hot tub.
