Stray dogs and vampires

I dreamt that I was back at the university. At current, I'm taking my masters. But the weird part is I seem to be living in the university grounds in some sort of a tree house. I don't know the specific event but there seems to be an outbreak and I was in a panic because a dog is following me. I had my mother talked to me telepathically that I was too careless and should find a way to get out of it. I managed to get back to the tree house safe and was telling my mom about the scary rabid dog. Out of nowhere, I see two images of hot anime-guys (yeah.hahah) in my mind. I don't know how but someone seems to be sending me these images and warning me of how dangerous these guys are and that they are maybe vampires or something paranormal. I woke up scared. And since it's an hour before wake up time, I decided to sleep again. And Bam! I'm back to the same dream - a continuation of , my previous dream. Nothing happened much but I remember being ridiculously scared.
