I was at James’ house and his brother Sam was gathering up money to pay for some home improvements. James and his sister gave him some money, but it wasn’t enough to pay the lady. I told him I could spot him for the rest but that I just needed to go upstairs to grab it. This was odd because there was no upstairs, but in the dream there was a door. It was the same one that led to my childhood bedroom at my grandma’s. I started walking up the stairs and I turned around to see a little blonde-haired girl with blue eyes, about 7, tugging at my shirt. I acknowledged her but continued to advance up the stairs with the girl close behind. Once I’d gotten all the way up, I went over to a dresser drawer that had my box of cash. Out of the corner of my periphery, I saw something moving in my sister’s old room. I looked up at the room and walked inside. Again, the girl was still close behind me. When I looked all the way inside there was another girl with black hair and yellow eyes, about the same age as the blonde one, sitting on the bed. The blonde girl immediately got excited, jumped on the bed, and embraced the other girl. The black-haired girl seemed less enthusiastic. Then before my eyes, they merged together, and a completely different girl was on the bed. It was me.
