The winter woods

I just had this dream, me and my other 2 friends (real-life friends that I recognise) are in the woods. It is winter where dense snow just came into view. We went in seperate ways to find the way out. Eventually we all got lost...and lonely...and cold...and tired...and...nevermind. The point is we got seperated in the middle of nowhere. Then I tried to find them by climbing a tree (Ive never climbed a damn tall tree before) I reached the top and saw my other friend. And there was a loud crack (the branches). Then down I go, hitting the ground. And it felt like I broke my spine...Thank God I woke up after that. And seriously, my back aches in the morning and I couldn't wake up and walk. Any ideas what just happened?
